How to change the language of the Crisp dashboard

Learn how to change the language used in your Crisp dashboard.

Crisp automatically detects your dashboard language from your browser settings, but you can override it from your account settings whenever you prefer another language.

Change your dashboard language

This setting changes the language used in your Crisp dashboard for your account only. It does not change the language visitors see in the chatbox.

To choose your dashboard language:

Go to Crisp
Open Settings from the bottom-left corner
Navigate to Settings → Account → Interface
Pick your preferred language from the language list

Select the Crisp dashboard language from account interface settings

Dashboard language vs chatbox language

Your dashboard language is personal to your operator account. The chatbox language is configured separately and controls what visitors see on your website.
