Every Crisp workspace has its own Website ID. This technical identifier is used when installing the Crisp chatbox, configuring integrations, generating a direct chatbox link, or identifying a specific workspace.

Find your Crisp Website ID

To find and copy your Website ID:

1. Open Settings from the Crisp sidebar.
2. Go to Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
3. Find the Website ID field.
4. Click Copy.

Your Website ID looks similar to this:

This is the identifier used in the JavaScript snippet that installs the Crisp chatbox and in other workspace-specific configurations.

What the Website ID is used for

You may need your Website ID to:

• Install the Crisp chatbox → connect the chat widget to the correct workspace
• Generate a direct chatbox URL → share or embed your chatbox without installing the JavaScript widget
