How to hide the chat on specific countries
Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox for some countries.
Here is how to proceed:
Go to your Crisp dashboard
Head over to the Settings from the bottom-left icon
Navigate to Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Restrictions > Hide chatbox for countries
Click on the Add a blocked country button and select the countries to block
The chat will be blocked then for those countries.
