LINE is a Japan-based messaging app that is used by over 600 million users worldwide. Here is how to Integrate Line with Crisp!

Line integration is available from the Crisp Unlimited plan

Pre-Requisites

- You need an active Line account
- Line Integration is available from the Crisp Unlimited plan
- You need a Line paid account, otherwise, you won't be able to reply to Line customers.

Create a Line Messaging API Channel

Go to developers.line.me
Click on Start using Messaging API (Green button)
Login with your Line account if not already
Now you will have to create a new provider, Click on the grey + button
Read and accept the conditions
Go to the settings of your new Provider

Go to the Crisp Line Settings

Go to app.crisp.chat
Go to plugins
Click on Line
Copy the Webhook URL (https://plugins.crisp.chat/urn:crisp.line:0/webhook?token=XXXXXXXXX)
Paste the Webhook in the Line Messaging settings
Copy from the Line settings the Channel ID and the Channel Secret
Paste the tokens in the Crisp configuration
You can now Link Crisp with Line

Troubleshooting

I don't receive my Line Messages on Crisp

Please ensure the Webhook URL in your Line settings is the one provided by Crisp

I can't reply to the Line messages

Please use a Line Paid account. Otherwise, Crisp won't be able to push messages to your customers.
