How to Link Crisp with Line?

LINE is a Japan-based messaging app that is used by over 600 million users worldwide. Here is how to Integrate Line with Crisp!

Line integration is available from the Crisp Unlimited plan


You need an active Line account

You need a Line paid account, otherwise, you won't be able to reply to Line customers.

Create a Line Messaging API Channel

Go to
Click on Messaging API
Click on Start now
Login with your Line account if not already
Now you will have to create a new channel.
Read and accept the conditions
Go to the settings of your new Channel

Go to the Crisp Line Settings

Go to
Go to plugins
Click on Line
Copy the Webhook URL (
Go back to your Line channel settings > Click "Messaging API" and paste the URL under the Webhook URL
Go to "Basic settings" in Line and copy the Channel ID and the Channel Secret
Paste the tokens in the Crisp configuration
You can now Link Crisp with Line

How to connect multiple Line accounts to Crisp?

For now, it's not possible to link multiple Line accounts but this is something that is considered and will be added to our roadmap in the future.


I don't receive my Line Messages on Crisp

Please ensure the Webhook URL in your Line settings is the one provided by Crisp.

Also, make sure Webhooks are enabled in your line business manager.

I can't reply to the Line messages

Please use a Line Paid account. Otherwise, Crisp won't be able to push messages to your customers.
