How to hide the chat when everybody is offline?

Crisp allows you to hide the Chat when everybody in your team is offline


Here is how to proceed:

  • Go to your Crisp dashboard
  • Head over to the Settings from the bottom-left icon
  • Navigate to **Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Behaviour > Hide Chatbox **
  • Enable the Hide the chatbox if all operators are away option


Shhh, we're offline!


To easily show/hide the chatbox during certain day and hours, your agents can then configure their Availability schedule, in order to automatically appear offline outside of your business hours. They can configure it from Settings > Account > Availability
