How to invite other agents to my Crisp workspace

Invite teammates to your workspace so they can access the Inbox and start collaborating with you.


If you want other people on your team to answer conversations, they first need to be invited to the workspace. You can do this directly from the workspace settings by entering their email address and choosing the appropriate role.



Invite a teammate


Go to Crisp, then open Settings → Workspace Settings → Operators and Teams.


Invitation steps


  1. Click Invite Operator.
  2. Enter your teammate's email address.
  3. Choose the right role, such as Member or Owner.
  4. Send the invitation.

Once they accept the invitation, they can start using the workspace according to the permissions of their role.

Picking the right role matters, especially in shared support environments.


As a general rule:

  • Use Member for teammates who need to handle conversations day to day
  • Use Owner only for people who should manage workspace settings, billing, or critical configuration
