People will be able to send messages over the Crisp Livechat and your agents will be able to reply using Zendesk.
Zendesk Plugin installation is a bit tricky. Please follow step by step this tutorial and contact support if you are missing something
1. Install the Crisp App on the Zendesk Marketplace
Go to https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/crisp/
Fill your Zendesk URL, like acme.zendesk.com
You will be redirected to the Zendesk Dashboard then.
Click Install again
2. Setup the Crisp Channel on Zendesk
Go to the Zendesk Settings
Go to Channel Integrations
Configure Crisp channel
Go to Accounts
Click on Add Account
Now you need a Zendesk Key, Provided by Crisp. Go to Step 3
3. Retrieve the Zenesk Key on the Crisp Dashboard
Go to app.crisp.chat
Go to Settings
Go to Zendesk
Copy the Zendesk Key and Paste it on Zendesk.
