When the rebate applies

Rebate rate

For eligible businesses with 3 or more paid workspaces, Crisp can apply a 20% rebate on each eligible additional subscription.

If you have more than 10 workspaces, contact Crisp so the team can review whether custom bundle pricing is a better fit.

To request the rebate, contact Crisp support with:

• The company name
• The list of workspace names and domains
• The plans used on each workspace
• A short explanation of why the workspaces belong to the same business

Rebates are reviewed and applied manually by the Crisp team.
