How to switch to a Yearly subscription billing
Learn how to switch a Crisp workspace from monthly to yearly billing.
Crisp plans are billed monthly by default, but you can switch an eligible workspace to yearly billing from the plan settings. Once yearly billing is enabled, the workspace is billed for the full year at the next renewal and the following renewal happens 12 months later.
Switch a plan to yearly billing
Go to Crisp, then open Settings → Billing Settings → Plans & Subscriptions.
To enable yearly billing:
- Find the workspace plan you want to update
- Click Monthly on the target plan
- Select Yearly
- Confirm the billing change


The yearly mode applies only to plans paid with the payment method where it is enabled. If you manage several workspaces linked to different payment methods, review each workspace separately.
Understand the yearly charge
After switching to yearly billing, the next renewal charges the full year in advance. The next renewal date is then scheduled 12 months later.
If you are paying on behalf of a client or another team, confirm the billing arrangement before switching to yearly billing.
