Which payment methods are supported by Crisp

Learn which payment methods can be used to pay for Crisp subscriptions.

Crisp supports credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for eligible yearly plans. Payment methods are managed from your Crisp billing settings, and the account that owns the payment method becomes the billing owner for linked workspaces.

Credit cards

Crisp uses Stripe to store card information and process card payments. Card numbers are not stored on Crisp systems.

Supported card networks include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

To add a card, go to Crisp, then open Settings → Billing → Cards → Add new payment method.

PayPal

You can also use PayPal to pay Crisp subscriptions. PayPal may support additional card providers or bank transfer options depending on your PayPal account and country.

To link PayPal, go to Crisp, then open Settings → Billing → Cards → Add new payment method and select PayPal.

Wire transfer

Wire transfer can be used for yearly payments on eligible Essentials, Plus, and Enterprise plans.

To pay by wire transfer, contact the Crisp team through chat or email support@crisp.chat with the workspace you want to pay for and the plan you want to activate yearly.

If you are adding a new payment method because an existing one expired, follow this guide next: How to link a new payment method?
