How to upgrade my Crisp plan
Upgrade your Crisp plan when your workspace needs more features, higher limits, or additional capacity.
Each Crisp workspace has its own subscription. You can change its plan directly from the billing settings.
Upgrade your Crisp plan
Go to Crisp, then open Settings → Billing → Plans & Subscriptions.
Choose the workspace to upgrade
Under Manage all workspace plans, find the workspace you want to upgrade and check its current plan.

Click Change Plan next to the workspace.
Choose your new plan
The plan selector lets you review the available plans and the main features included with each one.
Click Compare Crisp Plans to open the complete feature comparison.

Choose the plan you want, then follow the confirmation steps shown in Crisp to complete the upgrade.
If you do not have a payment method
A valid payment method is required to subscribe to a paid plan.
If your workspace does not have one, follow How to add and link a payment method, then return to Settings → Billing → Plans & Subscriptions.
Choose the right Crisp plan
If you are not sure which plan fits your needs, use the dedicated Getting Started guides to understand what each plan is designed for.
Explore each Crisp plan:
- Free plan → start with the core Crisp experience
- Mini plan → add collaboration, email, and your first AI features
- Essentials plan → add omnichannel support, automation, Knowledge Base, Analytics, and routing
- Plus plan → scale with higher limits, deeper AI usage, and advanced support features
For an exact feature-by-feature comparison, see the Crisp Pricing page.
Hugo AI Agent and additional AI usage
Paid Crisp plans include a monthly amount of Hugo AI credits, with higher plans including more credits.
If your main reason for upgrading is additional Hugo usage, you can also enable Pay-As-You-Go to continue using Hugo after the credits included with your plan are consumed.
Go to AI Agent → Agent → Billing to review your included credits and AI usage.
To use additional credits, open Pay As You Go and configure the spending limit that fits your workspace.
